My experience while waiting for 2015 in Buenos Aires, Argentina was amazing. I wore a long blue dress with flowers. For an extra touch of beauty, my mom put a flower on my hair and some make-up. We waited at my grandpa and grandma's house. The whole family came. Some live nearby, and some live faraway, in Rosario (about 3 hours away from Buenos Aires). We played games. I invented one, where you had to escape from jail. We all took exactly two tries to escape. Not bad for a beginner, right? Then came dinner. My dad was cooking. It was, wait for it..............an Argentinian barbecue called asado! There was anything you could imagine! Beef, pig, cow, pork chop, and sausage! Then came the waiting. It was about 10:30 PM. I was as full as a dog. I had nothing else to do! I played on my iPod. Then came the show. My sister prepared a show. My cousin was helping out. Then came a loud BOOM! Midnight! The fireworks came out. At first there was normal booms. Then came louder BOOMS. I am not used to loud sounds, so my mom aloud me to go inside. Then when there was no more BOOMS, I went outside, running for two reasons, I wanted to go outside, and I was being chased by Spider-Man and Hulk. Two young boys chased me pretending to be super Heros. It was a long time before they got bored. Then one by one everyone started leaving. It was 3:00 AM. Once every one was gone, I went to bed. In my head I was saying "bye 2014, hello 2015". My New Years resolution is to read more books. What about you?
